Staging Consult with Game Plan & Checklist
The Petula Design Team meets personally with you at the prospective home for a design and/or staging consult. After listening to the goals and aspirations of the client, we discuss options to neutralize, minimize and freshen the space for maximum appeal. We then compile a thorough plan including next steps, as well as a checklist of projects to complete in order of priority. Our aim is to create appealing, simple livable spaces that attract potential buyers for maximum return on investment.
Staging with Owners Decor
Petula Design will personally meet with you to ascertain your goals and aspirations for your home. After a thorough walk-through of the property, we collaborate and prioritize areas to be improved for the greatest visual impact. We then begin to rearrange and /or minimize the owner’s decor to maximize the home’s appeal. You will be given a written game plan prioritizing the next steps including a checklist that includes items such as painting, continued minimizing of personal items, and/or cleaning instructions for optimum presentation.
